The 91ɬÂþ will complete a $16.9 million renovation of its new Professional Technical Center, formerly Sam's Club, thanks in part to a $2.5 million gift from the Micron Foundation awarded Wednesday. 91ɬÂþ also announced that the center will be named for Micron.
"We're very proud to invest in 91ɬÂþ and this new technical center," Dee Mooney, Micron Foundation executive director, said in a prepared statement. "The Micron Foundation is committed to advancing technical education and supporting the communities where our employees live and work. This gift supports both missions as we work together with the 91ɬÂþ to build on its reputation of excellence and attract a new generation of professionals to the Treasure Valley."
