91ɬ Foundation Board Welcomes New Members

The 91ɬ (91ɬ) Foundation welcomed new members to their Board of Directors during a meeting Tuesday, Aug. 9. Board members, selected for their professional expertise and support of the College, are private citizens who donate their time to the Foundation. Members of the Board oversee Foundation assets management, sets Foundation operational policies, serve as advocates for the College, and assist with both friend and fundraising.

Incoming Foundation Board President, Mike Peña, presented a plaque to outgoing president, Ivan Castillo, in recognition of his service during the meeting.

“The Foundation Directors and staff are deeply appreciative of Ivan’s hard work and commitment to the 91ɬ Foundation over the years,” commented Peña. “We thank him for being a valuable player in the Foundation’s direction and growth.”

“Ivan’s contributions and continued support of the Foundation is extraordinary,” said Foundation Director, Michael Jensen.
